This machine is designed to join the two parts of the air filter
board with hot plate electrical heating method. It is hydraulic
controlled for the big sized air filter plate welding movement.

Operation Principle:
The whole welding operation is done by the hot plate of intelligent
control. The hot plate is between the two parts. When they contact
the hot plate, the part surfaces begin to melt.
After the set heating time, they melt and are bond with outer
pressure with hot plate returning. After the cooling and holding
time, the welding process is over.

Hot mould unit
It is consisted of hot plate, hot molds, heating pipes,
thermo-couple and hot plate holder.
The work principle is an up-and-down lift.
The mould unit is consisted of left-and-right hot molds and
standard holder. They are connected by fine adjustment screws. The
hot molds are copper or aluminium alloy.
Cold mould unit
The cold mould unit is consisted of hydraulic cylinder, straight
guide and the up-and-down mould holders

Machine Fuction:
1. Heating time: usually heating till the manufacture temperature
230ºC within 30 mins. The hot plate temperature can be controlled
±5ºC.
2. The hot mould surface is sprayed Teflon. The work temperature is
230ºC. The life pan is 30 thousand times.
3. Machine capability: 24hours a day. 40seconds/pcs
4. Moulds can be adjusted according to the products.
5. Operation protection: left-and-right starting button. The
operation window is equipped with safety curtains.
6. The base has a level pad which can be adjusted.
7. There is an air vent between the right side and the top side.
And the air vent is equipped with an exhaust connecting the factory
