1. Ultrasonic Welding Generator

This standard generator has three working modes(time, energy, continuous), which has a good rating, and is widely used in label cutting, food cutting, small plastic parts spot melting, plastic riveting, non-woven cloth welding, slicing, etc.

2. Ultrasonic Welding Transducer

The function of a transducer is to convert the input electrical power into mechanical energy. The transducer consists of a housing, a matching layer, a piezoelectric ceramic disc transducer, a back lining, an outlet cable, and a cymbal array receiver. The ultrasonic vibration generated by the transducer transmits the ultrasonic vibration energy to the welding area through the upper welding parts.
