Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine for Meterbox Welding

Ultrasonic welding uses ultrasonic vibration frequency to generate heat energy from contact friction to make two plastic parts fused at the welding interface and fixed together. Ultrasonic welding is a fast, clean and effective assembly process, used to meet the high strength assembly requirements of plastic parts. It is a widely used advanced assembly technology, suitable for the assembly of various types of plastic parts. Under normal circumstances, ultrasonic welding has high tensile strength, can replace solvent adhesive and mechanical fastening assembly methods, but also can have a waterproof, moisture-proof sealing effect.

This machine is customized for meter box back case welding. We use 4-horn and 4-generator for welding the four sides of the 3-phase meter box cases. An extra welding mold is prepared to weld a single-phase meter box, which can be installed on the same machine after dismantling the 3-phase meter box welding molds.
