Usually, we don't limit a MOQ for testing, just decide the QTY by yourself.
2. How about your delivery time?
Usually, we have some stock for trial or small orders, so just deliver them within 7 days, while, 15-25 days for large orders and customized production line.
1-2 units we could send by EXPRESS(DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS), heavyweight more than 50kg, we suggest to use sea freight LCL or by air
3. What's the warranty of your hot plate welding machines?
One year Warranty with none human damage.
In this period factory, will responsible for repairing it for free or the factory will send the new parts to the customer instead of the broken parts for free. After warranty time, the factory will repair fix it or send the new parts at the cost price.
4. How can I get your price and catalog?
Please E-mail us or call us to give your contact information(your name, email address, company name, and website)
5. Can we agent your hot plate welding machines in our country or city?
Of course. We are looking for a sole agent in the country who have willing to cooperate with us for a long business term.

6. How about payment?
100%T/T in advance for small orders;50%T/T in advance as a deposit;50%T/T paid before shipment.
7. Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
Yes, we could offer the sample and it's not free.
8. could you make it according to our special requirements?
Of course, we can do that. Please tell us your idea or your application.
