High Precision Intelligent Ultrasonic Welding Machine

This ultrasonic welding machine is equipped with the new digital energy type ultrasonic generator system, with a touch screen, you can adjust welding parameters in the machine screen with password protection. The welding modes have two kinds: time and energy, two models are free to switch. The welding machine power output and time control precision are higher, ensure that the equipment can weld all kinds of different requirements and different kinds of products, guarantee stable operation.

This welding machine also has the function of quality control, which can record 500,000 sets of welding data, including welding time, welding energy, real-time frequency, etc. The welding data can be exported. Each time if the welding data deviates from the set range, the machine will sound an alarm, the touch screen data will display NG, and the display will be OK when working normally. The ultrasonic welding machine can be connected to an external auxiliary tool, such as a PLC application automation system device, and can increase the warning system at the same time, the bad thing or suspected exceeds the limit up and down with an alarm. High strength round column and square steel welded large frame worktable, under the condition of high pressure and fast operation to maintain stability and firm no backup phenomenon. The welding machine uses a double-headed adjustable cylinder, ensure the welding horn up and down move smoothly.
